The PADI Basic Freediver course is a part of the course PADI Freediver. It is an excellent first stage for developing the techniques of freediving. You will learn the fundamental principles of freediving and practice the freediving techniques in swimming pool or in a protected natural environment.
The different disciplines of freediving:
Static freediving: It is based on holding the breath as long as possible. This is always done straight on the surface without moving. It can also be practiced outside of the water. It can also be practiced outside of the water. It is a discipline which is practice in competition.
Dynamic freediving: It is based on swimming the longest distance fully submerged, with or without fins. It is a competition discipline.
For signing up in a PADI Basic Freediver, you must be at least 12 years old. You must know swimming and being in a good health. No preliminary experience in snorkelling or freediving is necessary.
